We made our Terms of Service ( you can call them TOS ) easy, fair and understandable for everyone
1 ) Definition of the two parties

A Private vintage car tour company operating and based in Paris, France
B ) The client :
the person, entity, representant of a group, company, entity, in contact with us
2 ) Definition of the service
A ) OldtimersParis.com offers private and custom car tours of Paris with a Berline Traction from Citroen, driven by a profesionnal driver-guide, meeting all the legal requirements to do so
B ) The private vintage car tour can take up to 4 people
C ) The private vintage car tour can start and end anywhere in central Paris, from the 1st to the 9th district, noted 75001 to 75009
3 ) Booking requirements
When reserving a tour by any means with us, you accept without reserve the following requirements :
A ) You take all necessary dispositions to be at the chosen pick up point on time and inform us with reasonable advance if you were delayed or unable to do the tour
B )
By confirming the reservation, OldtimersParis.com will equally accept :
A ) To do the necessary to provide the tour
B ) To inform you by email, text message or Whatsapp if an unexpected event prevented us to do the tour or impacted its quality
C ) To undertake before and during the tour all the required safety checks and measures
D ) To inform you with reasonable advance in case of delay, technical issue, change of pick up point due to an event, upgrade works, road closure…
4 ) The Booking procedure
It is possible to book by using the booking form on our website, by email, by text message and by Whatsapp text message. Voice calls cannot be used to book in order to keep the booking information easy to read, find and modify
5 ) Modifying or cancelling your booking
OldtimersParis wants to remains flexible about its reschedule and cancellation policy
If you wish to modify your booking or cancel it, you can contact us by email, using the contact form, by text message and on Whatsapp. Please, ensure that we received and reply to your message.
We also kindly ask you to do it with reasonable advance whenever possible ( at least 1 day )
OldtimersParis.com may also cancel the tour in case of necessity or if we estimate that the safety requirements are not met for performing the tour. We would do our best to inform you at least 1 day in advance, and in exceptional cases, such as spontaneous / unforeseen circumstances, as soon as possible in order not to impact your planning
6 ) Payment
Payment method by default is cash at the end of the tour. A Prepayment link by credit card can be requested as well as a bank transfer. For the default payment method, no deposit is required. For the credit card ( processed by Paypal ) and the bank transfer method, the full amount must be received at least 1 day before the tour
7 ) About how your data is processed
Your personal data will be solely used for the booking and a possible quality check post tour. It will not be retained after the legal requirements and will be stored during the booking process and just after will all the possible safety measures including E2EE and SSL technologies
